Develop and execute Belong Health’s payer-focused sales strategy to grow Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plan partnerships. Lead long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales efforts from prospecting through contracting, building trusted relationships with health plan executives and aligning offerings to payer needs. Drive revenue forecasting, pipeline management, market positioning, and solution-based selling for complex MA/SNP service partnerships. Work cross-functionally with growth, operations, and implementation leaders to shape deal terms, refine the value proposition, and ensure partner success post-signature.
