Own Oak Street Health’s national VBC contracting, risk governance, and payer partnerships.Lead enterprise strategy for full-risk, capitation, and next-gen payment models across national and regional payers. Oversee contracting, credentialing, and delegated functions—including CM/UM, Stars, and Medical Economics to ensure clean execution and margin performance. Design low-cost network structures and financial arrangements, integrate contract requirements into reporting systems, and build dashboards for performance, compliance, and reconciliation. Serve as the primary liaison to health plans, negotiate innovative arrangements, and drive OSH’s growth under CVS’s portfolio.
