Drive CCA’s state policy strategy across Massachusetts and shape the legislative and regulatory landscape that determines Medicaid and Medicare margin. Monitor and analyze state legislation, regulations, and administrative activity; translate policy changes into enterprise risk and operational implications; and lead policy positioning that advances CCA’s market and membership priorities. Build and manage relationships with elected officials, state agencies, trade associations, and advocacy groups, and serve as a primary conduit between government activity and internal leadership.
