Lead the development of high-impact PSH (Permanent Supportive Housing) assets across Los Angeles County. Oversee concept-to-completion development, including site selection, LIHTC financing, capital stacks, entitlements, construction, lease-up, and long-term stabilization. Drive strategy for future supportive housing models, guide project managers, and shape organizational advocacy at the city, county, and state level. Build partnerships with public agencies, lenders, service providers, and internal program teams to scale housing that reduces homelessness and downstream healthcare utilization.
