Lead Medica’s enterprise-wide clinical performance strategy across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Individual market products. Drive utilization management, population health improvement, and cost containment by aligning clinical performance with organizational margin goals. Partner with UM, Care Management, Stars, Pharmacy, and Quality teams to standardize evidence-based practices and reduce variability in care. Oversee analytics, actuarial, and finance collaboration to translate data into performance strategy for ACO partners and provider networks.
